The patent pending Frying Pan Angler is designed to work with standard
kitchen frying pans and cook tops to cut calories and cholesterol of food
as well as to reduce the cleanup time, cost and complexity of meal preparation.

Conventional Cooking
As food is prepared during conventional cooking it releases grease that
combines with any initially applied cooking oil. As cooking proceeds the
food sits in and becomes saturated with this unhealthy greasy mixture
that is loaded with calories and cholesterol.

Angled Cooking
The Frying Pan Angler consists of the Angled Support and
Splatter Shield that convert your standard kitchen equipment into angled
cookware as follows.

Pan Installed on Angled Support
The Angled Support is set on the kitchen cook top burner. It is designed
to impose a shallow angle on the frying pan causing grease to migrate
away from food as it is being cooked.

Splatter Shield installed in Pan
The Splatter Shield is set in the low end of the pan. It is designed
to divide the pan into cooking and grease collection areas to prevent
food from sliding into the grease and to cover the accumulated grease
to prevent grease splatter.
